Export Report to Snapshot is Shrunk

When I export a Access 2000 report to snapshot, the snapshot file has my report, but it has been shrunk and is in the upper left hand corner of the snapshot files. The report contains some MS graph charts, but I don't know if this is critical. My snapshot viewer is 9.0.

Any ideas why this is happening? (it doesn't happen for all reports, just one or two of them so far.)

How do I get it to export and then be viewed in full size (the size of a normal 8.5X11" Sheet)?
