Export report to excel 1

Hi everyone, can someone help me with the following. I have a form with a simple filter, the filtered item is sent to a report and the report displays all the information about that filtered item. I have all that working but i need to send the report to an excel file! How do i go about doing this? Thank you in advance

Can't you use Tools->Office Links->Analyze it with Microsoft Office Excel?

Where is the reoprt stored? Word? NotePad?
