In the CMC, when you look at the properties of a report it will indicate where it is located in your FRS directory structure (in the Input Subd. tree) and what its name is ( a very long meaningless one, ending in .rpt) - This is a Crystal Report file and can be opened directly with CR Pro and then saved somewhere else ( a must!) under a friendly name to be used in some manner...
If you just want to edit the report using the 'published' copy, then, if you have updated your CR8.5 Pro ( or 9 depending on your CE version), you can use the File..Open..From Enterprise Folder option.( Be aware that if you do this, and you have set a default user/password for the datasource access, the password will be cleared and will need to be reset through the CMC)
