Export Report into Exel get error "U2FXLS:3" is not supported

Hi,
I am using Crystal Report 8.0 and have a web reportal set up for it. I have a report with some subreports (on_demand). When I open the report from my web browser I could view the report. But when I tried to export the main report to excel (.xsl) from the client, I got the following error messge:

"The export format 'U2FXLS:3' is not supported [on page server: xxxx]
Does any one know how to fix it?
