Export recordset to RTF

I need to give my users the option of exporting to a nicely formatted text or word file, some thing they can download and print. It is possible that the recordsets will have thousands of records sometimes. Cost is an issue, therefore I really can't get into buying Server Components if it is at all avoidable.
