Is it possible to have a DTS to export a database to an access database on a different server? If so, how do i set the path?

You can actually use the DTS wizard. This is a great way to learn too.

Right click on the database that you want to export and click all tasks... export data

Follow the prompts as sql as your source and access as your destination.
