export notes users to excel file

In notes (client messager) I have a lot of contacts (users) I want to export them all to an excel file.

Please help.

The easiest thing to do is open your Contacts view, and go to File/Export.
Choose the 1-2-3 format and save (do not forget to add an extension), then open Excel and load the file (Excel can convert automatically).
