export not working in crystal 8

i have just install crystal 8 on a new server and when i go to print export i get no dll available

i have checked they are installed, the only major differance i have from my other server is that i have office 2003 (office 2000 on other machine)

i suspect this may be the problem,
has any body come a cross this or has a fix

crystal 8 might not be compatible to office 2003 or win server 2003. Too bad that they do not support crystal 8 anymore. Even though I am still using v.8.0 but I have everything on win 2000 and it works fine.
