I have generated a report with several graphs that needs to be sent to a Microsoft Word Document. The graph name is graph1, the report name is rptbehaviorprogram. I can simply copy the graph from the form or report to Microsoft Word, however my client does not want to have to do this, he wishes to programmtically send the report with the graphs to a word document. I need help with the VBA code to create a lmodule or macro or something creative to solve this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

You may wish to investigate the SendObject command, in either VBA or a macro - this will let you export a report to Rich Text format, HTML, snapshot format, and so on. You can experiment with different settings to see which gives the best result for your report. I would imagine Rich Text or HTML if you want to subsequently open it in Word.

I have tryed that and still does not allow me to send a graph to word. Is there anyway that you can think of to send a graph(programmatically) to microsoft word via a report?

Thank you in advance for any help
