I have an Exchange 2003 server. A number of messages are getting stuck in outgoing SMTP queues due to an RBL "event". I need to export the messeges in the queues, preferably as EML.
Stop the SMTP service, locate the queue folder in explorer, drag the contents somewhere else. Fix the problem. Repeat in reverse for a new queue or existing queue as applicable.
RBL would mean that you're on a blacklist...naughty ;-)
One of my users had his id/pw compromised. Haven't found out how yet. Spammer located in Asia relayed 80k+ messages through my server using the id. Caught the last 20K but it was too late RBL-wise.
I'm finding today that the last couple of are senderbase.org related so getting the messages out of the queue wouldn't help. I have just changed my server's IP to one of my spares. The queues emptied in less than a minute.
