Hi Guys, is there any way of running an export or query that will show me the permissions that have been set on each mailbox? Some IT support guys have been adding Admins/Secretaries with USER permissions to their Bosses' mailbox (at Exchange level and not Outlook). I have 1300 mailboxes and don't want to go through each individual mailbox :)

Your help/advice would be much appreciated.

I presume you're familiar with the whole area of Exchange 5.5 directory import/export, if not this link is a good intro:

The particular field you need is obj-users, which will export all the user permissions.

It isn't possible to access the full range of custom Permissions via export/import, but just for the record the other permissions you can influence with import/export are:

obj-admins (Administration Admin permission)
obj-perm-admins (Permissions Admin permission)
assoc-nt-account (Primary Windows NT Account permission))
