Sure. If you have POP3 access enabled on the server you could just set up your OE to act as your email client and download your mail. Read the OE help section to learn how to set up a new POP3 source.
WARNING: Before you download the first time, be sure to configure your OE client to leave a copy of the messages on the server so that they will still be visible using the GroupWise client.
