Export mail files

Hi, we're moving mail platforms from a BSD box to a windows box running MDaemon. MDaemon stores individual emails as seperate text files, and from what I can tell, sendmail has one text file with all the email for a user stored in that one file. Is there an easy way to export or seperate out these emails? I'm going to need to get them on the windows box somehow if possible. If all else fails I just have to give about 100 users the IP address for the webmail interface and have them forward their mail to themselves. that's less than elegant, and I'm sure I'll have 80 of the 100 people calling me up to ask how to do that. sigh.
any help appreciated.
