Hi,

We have a huge database with lot of documents on the Domino server. We have a team who does not have access to this Domino server in order to view the documents. So we replicated the entire database and sent it across to the team. They could open this database and view the documents on local machines. Is there a way I can export this entire database to some other format like HTML or Excel, which might be helpful just in case our team is unable to use Lotus Notes? I have seen many questions in this forum, but I think most of them were related to individual documents. Please excuse me if I am mistaken. But, it would be really helpful is someone could help me find a solution to this.

Thanks,
Jithesh

Hello,

What type of documents are in the DB? If they aren't large, I would recommend trying HTTP from the Domino Web Server. Enable HTTP on the server and open the DB using a URL. Just a thought...

Rgds,

John
