Hi evryone!

Can anyone tell me how i can adjust the list which is appearing after clicking the export button
for instance I just want user to export to pdf

the default list is following:
crystal reports 8 (rpt)
crystal reports 7 (rpt)
Microsoft Excel (xls)
Microsoft Word (doc)
Rich Text Format (rtf)
Adobe Acrobat (pdf)

I just found how to disable the whole button, bt how can
I adjust the list so users just can export to pdf??

I will not swear by it but I beleive you would have to unregister the .dll that allows crystal to export to these file types, on a workstation by workstation basis. Chances are very good that it would get in the way of another application that HAS TO export to another format. For example F9 and FRx are 2 very common financial report writers that export to either excel or lotus. I don't think you'd want to break these unless you like having accountants in your office.
