Export list of shares with permissions

We have a Windows 2003 server which is the primary file server for our network. It has thousands of shares on it. Is there any way to export a list of these shares with their permissions to a file for documentation purposes?

Find a copy of RMTSHARE from the Windows NT resource kit and point it at the server. That will do the job for you.

xcacls or subinacls should get you what you are looking for as well, although it is a little cryptic
