Export list of Installed/Published Applications

Is it possible to export a list of all published applications to a CSV or Excel file? I know you can view the published applications per server in the CMC but am looking for a way to export into a file. Thanks in advance..

If you could get a copy of the schema you could do a query against the data store and o/p to whatever. NB don't be messing with the data store, unless you accept the consequences of hosing it.
