Is there a way to export a complete list of extensions consuming an IP Users license from a Mitel 3300?

We have a Mitel 3300 running MiVoice Business release 8.0 SP3 PR2.

I've been asked to audit the licensing on our Mitel switch by comparing the number of extensions consuming an IP Users license against the number of active employees in our company.

First I exported the User and Services Configuration form (Users and Devices > User and Services Configuration > Export...) and it gave me a list of 210 extensions, but we are only consuming 178 IP Users licenses (Licenses > License and Option Selection > IP Users Locally Consumed). Why are there 32 extra extensions listed and where did they come from?

So I exported the list of All IP Telephones (Maintenance and Diagnostics > IP Telephone Inventory > All IP Telephones > Export...) but that list gave me 202 extensions, which is 24 more than the consumed IP Users licenses.

Is there a way to export a complete list of extensions that consume an IP Users license, with nothing else included?

Your export maybe includes IP device only or trusted devices which don't consume license.

On the Users and Devices export. If you apply auto filter in Excel on row 3 by highlighting row 3 (click on the number 3) and going to data / filter

Then find the column 'Service Level'

On my version on MiVB it's column BO

Click on the drop down and de-select 'IP Device Only' or 'Trusted'

Now, you should only see your license consuming devices.

Thank you Techymitel for the speedy solution.

I just exported the data again and used Excel to filter the results, as you suggested, and now I get 182 extensions. Now that's a number I can work with.

To get 182 I unselected "Multi-Device" (the License and Option Selection form lists "Multi-device Users" separately) and "Trusted". "IP Device Only" was not a filter option, but I did notice 4 extensions with the device type "Analog", which appear to relate to the ONS ports on the embedded analog card, and when I remove them from the count that leaves me with 178!

Thank you!
