Export in Excel

when i export the report in excel format. it is not properly formatted.

So, how can i design the report, so it esports properly formatted form in excel?

there is an article available on th eBO website taht gives guidelines and tips on exporting to Excel, you should be able to find it easy enough.

Which version of Crystal? And do you have the latest patches and dlls? Last year, there was a change in Crystal 8.5 that improved it a great deal. If your export-choice says Excel Extended rather than MS Excel 97, then an update should fix it.
