Export/Import Outlook Flag Status?

I have a client who is moving from a POP3 mail server (with a local PST) to an Exchange 2003 Server. They wish to transfer all of their mail from the PST to their Exchange Account. That's the easy part.

The hard part (and my question) is: Is there a way that he can keep all of his "flag status" settings for all of his e-mails?
