Export GF Summary Data ONLY to MSAccess

Hi! I am trying to export a report from Crystal 8.5 to MSAccess. Every section is surpressed except the GF and those are the records that I want exported. However, in the Access table the extra records show up plus the summary records. I have two records for 1 person that are summed up in the GF section and show as 1 record but when I export the report both records show up in Access. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, NeilCh

I assume you are exporting using ODBC. This is a data export which will send your underlying recordset, not your formatted report.

Is there any way to just export the formatted report, maybe not to just MSAccess but as a text formatted.

Several exports maintain the formatting to various degrees.
To eventually get to Access I would try exporting to Excel and then importing the spreadsheet to MS Access.
