Sadly my company have asked me to stop using my Mac, and to transfer all my stuff to one of thier PC's....

Sob...

The only problem I have is that I don't know how to export the mail I have recieved in a format that I will be able to import into Outlook. We don't run an exchange server here - eveyone has local mail files so I can't go down that route.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, almost forgot I'm using os 10.3.7 and mail 1.3.9

Fi.

:)

what mail software are you using? You will want to export your address book in a format compatible with outlook. The easiest way would be to export a comma seperated file (csv).

You have both Mac & pc hooked, with your Outlook account active, up at the same time, you could consider forwarding everything in your Mail inbox and sent items folder to your own email address, Just make sure that you have Mail/Preferences/General/Check for new mail set to Manually so your Mac doesn't download the new mail.

If you do this make sure that under Edit/Attachments you "windows friendly checked.

You might be able to also create a new Mail folder in the folder pane of the main Mail window. You could drag all you Inbox item to it, create a new email to yourself and attach that new folder to the message as an attachemnt. Send it and see if Outlook opens the attachments. Remember Windows Friendly in Edit/Attachments.

You can export your Address Book as vcards. Open Address Book help and typre in "vcards. Entourage, the mac version of outlook, easily handles vcards so I assume Outlook will. Go to Outlook help on the PC and check for vcards.
