Export Form data? Specifically Mail? 1

Hi all,

One of our users was wondering whether he could save all the email addresses that appear in his drop-down auto-complete field in Mail. I know that it also utilises LDAP and your Address Book, but was kinda wanting to export the addresses that the user has entered manually and MAil has added to its cache.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this. I've searched through /users/user/Library/Caches/Mail - but no luck there I'm afraid, appears to be mostly an encrypted html cache.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Never mind, I stumbled upon an answer (albeit indirectly) on macosxhints.com.

In Mail, go to the Window menu, select Previous Recipients, and in there you can add the email addresses of people you've previously sent emails to you into your Address Book.

Easy-peasy - but not very well documented.
