Export FMP fields to Excel

I have FMP 7 and Windows XP
I will like the following TEXT fields to be exported using .tab file format.

FMP active model shows :
7171.5678 123,45 345,67

When I export the above datas , I get in Excel the following :

7171,5678 123,45 345,67

I do not want the first field to change from period to comma

How can I do ?

Looks like a locale setting, i.e. a period for US decimals and a comma for EU decimals.
