Export File

Is there a way of exporting the information from call pilot to lets say an excel spreadsheet, I've been attempting to do so, problem is it puts it all under one column and doesnt seperate it by Last name, first , and DN in individual colums if it can't be done fine but I figured I'd check with you guys before I wrote it off as not being able to be done, what I'm trying to do is audit the system so I can clean it up.

open excel, the do a file open, instead of open with, that gives you choices as to column width and placement
