Export DLLs Missing?

I'm using Crystal 6.0 and an trying to test export a report. The method I'm using is File|Print|Export, however I'm getting an error message that says

No Export DLLs Found.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

The export DLLs all start with U2xxxx.dll

Did you install Crystal Reports on your PC or just the runtime engine. Ken Hamady

Ken,

I have performed a full install of Crystal. If things were working correctly, which directory would the export DLLs be in?

Probably c:\Windows\Crystal

But I would search the hard drive for anything starting with U2*.dll


By the way, this is a 32-bit install isn't it?
The 16-bit start with U*.dll
