My problem is regarding subset fonts within an exported document out of Crystal. I receive an error message from Adobe. The message, "These documents have the same subset fonts that have the same name and cannot be merged. This message appears after I attempt to insert a crystal report pdf. The current pdf already contains a crystal report document. I don't have the problem with any other software, ie Excel, word, etc. My current pdf has documents from Word, excel and a GIS software as well as one crystal report document. But when I attempt to add a second crystal document, I receive the error. Is the problem a Crystal setting or an Adobe setting? Any guidance would be helpful.
Thanks,

Perhaps there's a bit of a language barrier, but your post isn't making sense to me.

Also sharing what version of Crystal and which Adobe product and version would give poeople a chance at helping you.

I tried to search for the message text that you posted, and I didn't get any hits, perhaps you didn't post the exact message?

This is the message:
"These documents contain subset fonts that have the same name and cannot be merged"
I will agree that post didn't make too much sense. I am using Crystal 9.0 and Adobe 5.0. Hopefully here is a better example:
I export 5 different reports from crystal into pdf format. I open one of the new report pdfs. I then proceed to insert another crystal report pdf and the message appears. Could it Crystal settings or Adobe settings? I appreciate the help.

Thanks, the solution in the whitepaper worked perfectly. I appreciate the immediate help as well. Rock on...
