Export date fields in Outlook 2000

I am trying to export folders from Outlook 2000 to an Access 2000 database, but the sent and received dates are not included. When I go to Map Custom Fields to tell it which fields I want, the date fields are not there either. How do I get the date fields in the export? How do I see a list of all available fields?
