Export Data to TextFile

Hi everybody, happy new year!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with creation of a new text file (.csv format). I want the user to press a button and that action will then give the user a dialogue to specify the file location and file name to be saved. And then I need to export data to that file. I was wondering if anyone could help get me started on the dialogue and how to write to the generic text to that file. Thank you
