I am getting ready to move a client from a Banyan financial system to one based on MS SQL. I haven't been onsite yet but they said they have Banyan Vines.

Is there a way to export or print data to a file? I can use text, csv, excel, etc.

Thanks for any help!

Banyan VINES is a network operating system, I think what you client was trying to say was. They have a financial system running on a VINES server. I would go back to the client and get some more information before going on site.

Oops! heehee...I told you I don't know anything (or I should have told you). My clients tell me all kinds of things! :)

Anyway, I called him and he said it's "Banyon Data Systems" which he said they run through Windows 3.1 but it is DOS.

Is that something totally different?

Thanks!

Totally different from Banyan VINES, hopefully your client will have more info for you next time.
