Export data from spreadsheet

I have a list of datawhich when filtered I would like to export in order to be used into an access database. Could anyone enlighten me on the best way to do this. I will be using office 97. Thanks in advance. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

3 steps.

1. Filter the data
2. Copy it into a second workbook
3. Export the data in CSV format to load into Access
