Hi All,
Non-Programmer here, so bear with me. I am looking for a way to write a Macro (or something), so that when a user opens up a Database Table, they can run this Macro from a certain path they select, and it would EXPORT the Data to a csv file to another specified path.

i.e.
(1)User Manually Opens MS Access Database
(2)Opens a Table
(3) Runs a Macro which exports data to a path in the Macro

How can this be done? Any examples or sites I can visit that would have examples would help me.

skip step 2 and
instead of running a macro in steps 3

have step 2 be...right click on a tables' icon, then select export...choose text files from files of type drop down, set the path, give it a name and you should be good to go.

Hi,
I really do neet to hard code the path (I don't want the user to select the path). I will need to have a few Macro's setup so that they can run the Macro's to save different csv files to different locations. Needs to be at least a little semi-automated. A manual process will not work as a solution.

select the macro objects icon then select new then, select "output to"
from the action drop down,...then fill in the blanks in the action arguments section at the bottom.
