export daily data from more database then put in another database

I work in company have more branches and more databases but all databases with same structure and schema and tables every thing but different only in data in every branch. my software i using is sql server 2005 what i need is
transfer daily data of every branch to main branch in file how can i solve this problem.
ex(A,B,C A IS MAIN what i need is take daily data from B,C then put them in file then put in A are this possible please help me
