Export Crystal Reports WinForm

Hi,
I am creating a winform to export Crystal Reports to Excel. The user basically selects some parameters and then it runs a bunch of reports. My problem is that the excel export options menu pops up everytime a report is run. How do I shut that off? I want the reports to run automatically and not require a user to click an OK or export button.

Also, when I export to PDF there is a popup window that shows the number of records that were exported and then disappears so it's not as large of a problem, but I would like to not display this either.

Any help would be appreciated.
