Export Crosstab to Excel excludes column/row names 1

Hi... I am trying to export a crosstab report to Excel... the Crosstab is in the Report Header. Everything is coming across fine except the column and row names are missing...
I have tried all three XL formats as well as Extended...

Could somone please point me in the right direction to accomplish this correctly!

I just tried it and it worked fine using MS Excel 97-2000.

I'm using CR 8.5, with all hotfixes applied. Make sure you've applied them as they often address exporting concerns.

I downloaded the Hotfixes (except for JAVA, which gave me an error during install)... column and row titles are now coming across (except row titles have shifted to the left 2 cells...
