Export Cross Tabs using CE10

I have built a report using CR10, I have columns for each month in the current year, currently 12 columns. When I export to excel in CR10 it works as expected, but when I export to excel or pdf using CE10 it only exports 2 columns. I have applied all the current patches from the BO website, but with no joy. Any ideas?
