Export Contributor Cubes to Reportnet

Does anybody know how to resolve this error?

It happens inside Contributor Administrator(Reportnet setting)

"An error occurred while trying to connect to the reportNet server. Verify the credentials used and the SDK permissions"

Knownledge base says that I need register a file: crn.dll version 1.0.15.0 but I already have a newest: crn.dll version 1.1.1037.0
