Export contacts notes to notes

How can I export a contacts databse (address book) to take with me to a new job and import it to the notes there. I hav Notes r5...Thanks..

Take your whole names.nsf, open old and new address books, select all and paste into the new. Alternatively, just replace your new address book with the old in the notes\data directory.
