I need to track call history for seven users in a hunt group on different IP Office 500 systems (ver. 6.1.18). They all are running Phone Manager Pro 4.2.36. I've looked for an export option and even tried to copy and paste, but that doesn't even work. Is it possible to export this data or maybe a log file exists somewhere?
If this isn't possible how else can I retrieve this data without having to buy call center software?
