Export button not working on viewer

Issue - using Crystal viewer 9 in an application. The reports are created with Crystal 8.0. The export button was working fine until Crystal 8.0 was loaded on the system. Cyrstal 9 view comes up but and the report displays fine but when you click on the export - nothing happenes. Is there an option that I need to adjust that allows me to choose what kind of exports I want? Thanks!!

Make sure the correct versions of:
ExportModeller.dll
CrtSlv.dll
are located where they should be and are registered.
