Hi, I hope by now you have resolved your problem with Export button. I have the same problem and found that it was caused by some redirection of folders done by Citrix. Our resident experts have 'temporarily' removed this redirection for me so the users can export again. I have been told however that I have to fix it so they can switch this redirection on again (I don't know why). I will follow this up but in the meantime this might help you. Of course if you have already sussed this one out, I am keen to learn from you!
I have now learned that under citrix the windows directory and the windows system directory for each network user are redirected to personal folders under the documents and settings folder on the server. It appears that the export dll's have to be in a folder called Crystal which has to be a subdirectory of your windows directory. As Crystal was installed in the windows directory on the server the user does not actually ever see this folder within their Citrix session. I have modified my installation to install the Crystal folder and export dll's as a subfolder of my application folder and I have modified my application to create the Crystal folder as a subfolder of the windows folder belonging to the session and to copy the dll's from the Crystal (sub)folder in the application folder into the Crystal (sub)folder in the session windows folder. Export now works again.
A simpler solution (with lots more redundant copies of the export dll's) is to copy the crystal folder into the windows folder in the default users folder under documents and settings.
