I have a 'spreadsheet' lokking result of a Crystal Report. Exporting as e.g. Excel 7.0 gives a reasonable result but when exporting as RTF ... all of the right justified columns (common when dealing with figures) come out as a complete mess! Any ideas?

Thanks for this ... I had trawled thru all of the TechNet/Knowlegde Base stuff but I need to export in a variety of formats (typical) and RTF was causing real problems. Sounds like CRPE DLL not handling the format to RTF properly?

Any idea how to reduce the dropdown list of formats to say just two or three options? So that users do not get over confused! I am calling reports from a VB6 front-end and enabling the Export button on the toolbar(report screen) - but what I really want is a much smaller set of export formats. realise I could do this in VB and control the export function directly but is kind of useful for the user to see the report in front of them just prior to exporting (i.e. to a colleague).
