export and save report to xls onto a certain folder 1

hi ,

I want to export a report on a regular basis to an xls format and save it into a shared folder.
I don't want to mail it (it's too big) , i just want it exported and sent a notification that it's there.
When i use the history or snapshot option then i still need to manually export the report and that's what the users don't want to do , they just want to open their xls report.
I'm using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Designers
Version 9.00.1399.00

Use subscriptions - you can specify the file format to save as and where to save it...
