Export and Import modified contact details

Hi,

I want to be able to export data from within Act (including history) and create further history records and then import it back in.

Is this possible? If not, is there another easy way of exporting the data and then modifying it externally (information relating to the customer) and then importing it again without having to create additional history records?

Please note that I have read the forums for similar questions and they all seem to point towards the itImport.Net tool. The problem is that I need to export the current state of History records, manipulate it outside by a third-party firm and then import with the new records. The standard export tool will not export the history records.

Use itExport to export the data and itImport to bring it back it.

Thanks. I am so shocked that Sage do not provide this functionality though.
