Export an electronic PDF file to MS Excel and Word

No- the general idea is to create the document in something like excel or word, then distribute it via PDF so that it looks the same to everyone. People also use PDF's to avoid/ discourage the ability of the end user to edit the original.
There are other software packages that attempt to do what you ask, but not adobe acrobat.
