OPS does not store all DN's (Huntgroups and Keylines especially).
OPS will give you a good starting point. From there you will have to fill in from ESM forms.
I very vaguely remember someone posting an Ad in this forum for a program that would audit 3300's for this info. Wasn't interested at the time so can't remember much.

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
We have developed an application called 'Asset Manager' that may be of interest to any looking after Mitel PABX's.
The application will automatically capture the entire configuration for a Mitel switch (SX2000 or 3300) and display the information in a web browser.
It will work with modems, trackers and direct IP, with a MiXML version currently undergoing Beta testing.
Some key features include:-
* Ability to compare scans to show additions, removals and swaps.
* Visual representation of ARS, trunk groups and trunks unallocated to groups
* Ability to search for specific devices, firmware or extensions
* Capture of COS / COR for each handset
* Capture of firmware information for handsets and cards
* Details of 'Out of Service' devices (with a historical view of 'dead' circuits)
* Ability to export all the information into Excel (note: REAL Excel spreadsheets... not just a CSV file!)
* Automatic password changing
* Automatic Date / Time update
