Export Activities And Duration To Excel

I wish to code in VB, to copy the activities and duration in project, then open a particular worksheet in Excel and paste the data in a nominated cell. When the data is in Excel, running from the same macro, run a VB application in Excel to format the data.
I would appreciate your advise.
