Export Action 1

I'm working on Illustrator 10 on xp. I would like to know if there is a possibilty to export or save on a disk an action that I created, I would like to give to my workmate.

Create a new Set folder, create the action(or drag the action into the set).
Then in the actions palette click on the arrow at the top right of the palette, go to save actions(make sure that you have the set selected).
Tell your workmate to put the action in the actions folder (or wherever) in the Illustrator root folder.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.
