Is is possible to export just a single store procedure to a file. I am using SQL Server 7.0 and I see how I can export a single table to a text file or to another sql server, but if I want to export a single stored procedure, I see where I can export it to another sql server, but when I try to export it to a text file the only things I see available to export are the tables.

You could right-mouse click the SP in Enterprise Manager and choose "All Tasks".."Generate Script".

Thanks

Or double click on the stored procedure, and select all, then copy and paste to a text file.
