What I would like to do is to export a email signature from one pc on the network, so that it can be imported onto another network pc. This is so that I do not have to recreate the signature from scratch as it is not just simple text.

Does anyone know if this is possible.

Also wat would be the vba code to automatically add a particular signature to a black email at the press of a toolbar button?

Cheers in advance,
Neemi

Try emailing just the signature in an email to the 2nd machine. Then copy-paste into the new signature.

The signature is a bit more complicated and it would be a pain copying and pasting for all users.

Fo anyone who is interested the signature files are saved at C:\Documents and Settings\[The network user]\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures\

So you can create a log on script to copy updated signatures to the local user.

The reason I wanted to do this is because the signature is being used as an email template to replicate letter headed paper for the company (but on email) If you know what I mean. If any changes are made I can easily update the file for the users becasue it has been added to the log on script (profile)

Cheers,
Neemi
